Serving Villa Park & Orange County Families

Small Home, Personal Care

At Sunshine, our size is our strength.
With only a handful of residents, every senior receives one-on-one attention.

Our exceptional caregiver-to-resident ratio means staff know each person’s needs and preferences.

No one feels like “just a number” here – we build genuine friendships. Residents often say it feels like living in a caring family home.

Why Choose Villa Park?

Villa Park offers a quiet, neighborhood setting perfect for senior living. Sunshine Retirement Home is centrally located for Orange County families, with easy access from Anaheim, Orange and beyond.

When families search for “assisted living in Villa Park” or “adult family home near Orange County,” they find Sunshine’s warm community.

Our small home means fewer residents, more attention, and neighbors who care.

We’re proud to serve local families with top-quality care in our scenic city.

Arts, Crafts & Creativity

At Sunshine, we keep minds and hands busy with fun activities.

From painting and crafts to games and gentle exercise, residents enjoy engaging in daily projects (along with our garden and pet therapy options).

These activities spark joy and creativity – a watercolor painting class, puzzle afternoon, or a holiday craft project can brighten anyone’s day.
